Prison Gang Task Force Falsely Labels Too Many of Us As Gang Members

In yet another vain attempt to display their “power,” a gang task force did a walkthrough of our pod, our building and our compound today. The purpose was to check tattoos to see who is or who is not affiliated with a gang. This is no doubt in response to recent news reports stating Mexican cartels are now working with gangs such as the Bloods, Crips and Aryan Nation to smuggle people and drugs over the border. It is also just as likely to be due to, in part, the fact that the US Government, and state governments, do not have any control or power anymore.

That citizens here now realize this truth and are turning to their own local communities — which sometimes includes gangs and other non-governmental organizations — is a serious concern for the parasitic elite caste. It is an even bigger concern for their enforcers: the police, who are the biggest and most dangerous gang that has ever come to be.

It was almost a joke. An all-white group of older men and two women, coming in and demanding to see tattoos. The overt racism was obvious, but even more so, when I pointed out several of my tattoos were of an esoteric and magical nature (I’m a practitioner of the craft of an Eriolan sp?), prompting one of these task force members to say, “He’s in there with a Jew.”

The disdain dripped off of his white-bred tongue, not only exposing his racist intentions, but also his dual loyalty: the police and Neo-Nazis. This dual loyalty is all too common and to call it “dual loyalty” is somewhat of a misnomer: police are long known to be Nazis and it’s a historical fact that the police were founded solely to protect white elites and their power positions. To make more of a point about the racist intent, the whole task force cornered a lone black man, on camera and in the pod, for everyone else (in cells) to see.

In the process of this disgraceful, and obviously desperate, move to infringe further on the rights of captives, some 500 people had what little time they get out of their cells to be reduced by several hours. This also included a loss of an hour-plus of outdoor time. Given how much prison staff love schedules—no matter how poorly they follow them—it must be seen as entirely deliberate — the timing set to cause harm and disenfranchisement. These sort of attacks on prisoners, psychological in nature, are all the teeth that prison guards are allowed anymore.

I was also taken aback by the obvious lack of any real knowledge or education with the guards. I have two numerical tattoos: 3-141-pi; and 1-618—the golden ratio. Given their relevance to mathematics, engineers, etc. it would seem to me that, at least, pi should be recognized. I am no mathematician, I’m a musician and writer, and my grasp on higher mathematics is very thin when theoretical becomes an equation. That said, when I see 3.14 I immediately recognize it as pi. These police gang fools had no idea, so stretching to see the other number as a mathematical number would certainly be asking too much. When I identified two very similar tattoos as “Schroedinger’s Cat(s),” their eyes seemed to get a sort of glossed over dull and vacant look. I found this amusing.

What is not amusing is the likelihood that people may be labeled as a “gang member” based solely on the opinion of someone with no education. A person who knows nothing about symbols is making this determination. That is a frightening prospect, especially when most DOCs, certainly the Virginia DOC, are so insulated from any kind of reality.

Don’t Miss Chris Dankovich’s story about prison tattoos: The Tales of a former Prison Tattoo Artist

An example of this destructive insulation is my particular case. A prosecutor in my case repeatedly lied saying I was intoxicated when the police arrived during what they say was my crime. This was in total contradiction to a state police forensics lab which clearly showed I was sober (0.0035 mg/litre of blood marijuana which is like walking by a hippie on the street). Nonetheless this false information was put into a pre-sentence investigation (P.S.I.) which is the only information the VA DOC is using to decide my “treatment plan.”

I’ve put this information and evidence before VA DOC staff. Well, evidence, trust and fact be damned, these stupid people (Tazewell County Virginia, Pocahontas State Corruption Center) continue to list me as a high risk for addiction relapse. They either do not care about truth and reality, or they are too stupid to understand…likely both.

The point is that there is no standard or level of competence., knowledge and skill required for these jobs. In fact, it is now a common practice to LOWER the standards, because those people who are educated to at least an average degree, won’t sign up for these jobs. They will now hire people who have barely graduated—if they graduated at all—and put them in positions to lord over people’s lives. This is done with the lowest bare minimum of training, which too often is no more than telling these poor sods that they are awesome for wanting a job that is based solely on the abuse and oppression of human beings.

Later, if the person shows the right combination of button pushing skill and following of very wrong orders to cause harm, they might become a “gang task force” agent. Then, they can wholeheartedly determine who is or is not a gang member.

This also calls into question those people who may have been in a gang at one time, and have since left that life, but never had the tattoo covered up. The VA DOC, and the police gang do not acknowledge such changes of philosophy or lifestyle. First, it requires a level of critical thinking and complexity of reasoning to acknowledge and accept humans as dynamic beings. Second, it requires the ability to actually see anyone who is NOT involved in law enforcement as a human being and not as an enemy, by default. Both seem fair and beyond the intellectual capacity of those people drawn into the “profession” of policing.

Be aware America, you are all gang members and terrorists because police—who are by definition and by action a terrorist gang—need as many enemies as they can invent. It is the only way they are able to justify their parasitic existence. It is the only way to justify their bloated budgets and their abusive—murderously abusive—treatment of citizens. They are a threat, and now that the truth about these monsters has been exposed, that threat grows daily.
