Fentanyl and K-2 Coming In Prison Mail

Apparently I am the last of a dying breed. I believe that drugs taint the blood, muddy intelligent judgment and make you not so alert. I was taught this philosophy back when I started this journey in Youth Training School in Chino, California and I have lived by it ever since. But drugs are an inevitability in prison and inmates without morals will always try every avenue to get the drugs in prison. I have not met an inmate that doesn’t want to get high. Like I said, I am the last of a dying breed. I often wonder if my teachers in Y.T.S. are adhering to their lessons…

Recently the Wisconsin Dept. Of Corrections, -(WDOC), have done something that just makes me sit back and wonder if they are the ones taking the drugs. Supposedly people on the street are soaking “K-12” and Fentenyl into paper, writing letters on the paper and mailing it in to the lames in prison. Because the lames cannot tell how much drugs are in each piece of paper they tear off and they are over-dosing. Also supposedly staff in the mailrooms are over-dosing just by touching the paper.

So the WDOC’s solution? All mail coming to the inmates has to get mailed the Phoenix, Maryland and this company, TextBehind, make copies of whatever is sent in, pix, letters, cards, art…, and they send us the copies and dispose of the originals.

The thing that has me wondering if the WDOC, aka IDIOTS, are the -ones doing the drugs? Legal Mail is STILL allowed to be mailed into the prison.

If I am to fully understand these idiots logic…they think that the people on the street committing serious life-sentence crimes in the Federal and State systems are going to draw the line at identity theft? Is the WDOC so complacent or stupid that they think the druggies on the street will not look up a legitamate attorneys name and address, soak the drugs into some fancy paper, write a bunch of legalese crap on it, print up a fancy envelope and mail in the drugs to the lames?

Legal Mail is even more convenient. The cops bring the legal mail directly to the cell-front and open the mail right in front of the inmate. “Here’s your drugs scum-bag inmate!”

TextBehind vows that copied pix will be “high-def” and the letters, cards and art will also be high quality and mail will be processed within 24 hours. What a lie. My mail is taking 30 days to reach me once my people place it in the mail system and some of my mail doesn’t even reach me. It just does not exist and I have filed complaints and they get denied because there’s no way to prove it existed in the first place.

The only way drugs will cease in U.S. prisons is if ALL mail is copied, legal too,(Which would be against the law and will NEVER happen), and contact visits were stopped, (Which will NEVER happen because inmates would riot and kill cops if they took family from them), and prevented cops from working in prisons, (Which will NEVER happen). Cops are the turds brining MOST of the drugs into prisons. I know of two cops bringing drugs into this prison and they are flagrant about it too.

The WDOC are a group of idiots, I have zero doubt. They need to take a look at themselves. There is no way they’d ever admit that their own cops are the main source of drugs flooding^ the prisons. Instead they point at the inmates and their people on the street and say,”It’s them! they are the ones mailing in the drugs! Look at this hand while our other hand does something else! It’s not us! We’d never stoop that low! Look at the sign over the doorway when you walk in here! It says we have integrity! So it must be true!”

The WDOC are to blame. What needs to be addressed is WHY inmates WANT to get high. The simple answer is that they are bored and they hate their life.

Drugs change the mind, they alter their perception and it numbs their pains, whether physical or mental. THAT is what needs to be addressed. These lames are on a seek and destroy mission everyday in order to get high in prison and when they get out of prison they are still on drugs. Drugs are one of the main reasons for recidivism. Punishing everybody with 30-day-late mail is not the answer.

It is like these Mexicans and Haitians migrating to the U.S. What needs to be addressed is NOT them trying to get into our country illegally, it’s WHY they are fleeing THEIR country. Why are they fleeing everything they’ve ever known? Fix their WHY and illegal immigration will cease. Same thing regarding drugs in prison, WHY do lames want to get high? It is because they are bored and hate their reality. Fix those two problems and the drugs in prison will also cease to exist.

But the officials of prisons or our government will never address the WHY’s. They don’t care. In the meanwhile those scum-bags at TextBehind will continue to lie and make money off of us and the WDOC will get their kickbacks. TextBehind make their service SO bad and then they offer a faster way to send mail, you just have to pay a fee. That’s what it is all about: Money. Scum-bags.
