Author Chris Dankovich’s New Book Is Out on Amazon!

Author Chris Dankovich found his identity at the center of anarchy and order while being confined in prison for 20 years in Michigan.

“Dankovich offers us all a stunning glimpse of what it actually means for a child to be forced to forge a better life behind bars of steel, and it is a sobering reminder of how much we all still have to learn about the possibilities for happiness and growth that exist within us, even when we feel most hopeless and utterly crippled by things we have done, or by the things that were done to us.”

—HEATHER ANN THOMPSON, Pulitzer Prize-winning author of Blood in the Water: The Attica Prison Uprising of 1971 and its Legacy

I purchased the book. I couldn’t put it down. He makes me believe in the restoration and redemption of someone so tormented, trapped in the deepest darkness only to continue to reach for the light. He not only reached for the light, he became the light leading others to walk the path of love and hope. I have come to admire Chris and ask him because I reached out to him in anger over an article about Ethan Crumbley and I can now proudly call him my friend.

Not sure about the autocorrect in my comment but to clarify, I have come to admire and respect Chris. He is the epitome of what God can do in your life if you get out of the way and despite fear, keep the faith. Salvation is yours in the here and now. Good job Chris! I’m proud of you!
